A convicted felon, who previously committed drug trafficking crimes in the Oregon counties of Douglas, Clackamas, and Coos, has been sentenced to six years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of theft of firearms from a licensee and one count of possession of stolen firearms.

According to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Nevada District, Dennis James Caputo, of Las Vegas, was sentenced yesterday together with a co-conspirator for stealing 38 firearms from a Federal Firearms Licensee business in Overton, Nevada, on July 24, 2023.

Together with Alexis Breanna Worrell, the couple, together with another unnamed individual, drove to Overton, where Caputo entered the business premises after making a hole in the roof.
