BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) -- A Satsuma man found guilty of video voyeurism was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Christopher Lee Johnson, 41, was found guilty of six counts of video voyeurism on July 10. District Attorney Scott Perrilloux announced that he was sentenced to 15 years and required to register as a sex offender after his release.
Perrilloux's office said an investigation started in August 2022 after a victim who found a memory card with over 300 videos from a hidden camera in a bathroom contacted Livingston Parish detectives. Several victims were identified, including one child.
Johnson was found guilty after the jury deliberated for under two hours.
