ST PAUL, Minn. — Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) and its largest labor union have reached tentative agreements on the 2025-2027 contracts, according to a press release Friday.
SPPS shared that the Saint Paul Federation of Educators (SPFE) agreed to contracts for licensed staff, educational assistants and school and community service professionals, after months of bargaining. The agreements were reached ahead of the school year and without mediation - for the first time in almost 20 years - according to the SPPS statement.
