GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — An Ohio man visiting Michigan for the day took a chance on a Powerball ticket and is now returning home $150,000 richer.

Donovan Reynolds, 68, bought his winning ticket at Big Daddy’s Truck Stop in Ottawa Lake. He matched four white balls and the Powerball—02-18-19-25-35 PB: 25—in the July 23 drawing. That won him $50,000.

But thanks to a Power Play he added to his ticket, those winnings were multiplied to $150,000.

Reynolds said he played using his usual set of numbers.

“I typically play Powerball in Ohio, but I was in Michigan for the day golfing, so I bought my ticket while I was here,” said Reynolds. “I checked the winning numbers the next day and froze when I saw I matched four white balls and the Powerball. I was stunned! I have been playing these numbers fo
