YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- A man accused of attacking a neighbor who was doing yard work was indicted Thursday by a grand jury.
Marcus Cobb, 61, faces a charge of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.
It is unclear when he will be arraigned. He has been free on $10,000 bond since his initial appearance July 7 in Youngstown Municipal Court.
Cobb was charged after a man called Youngstown police on June 24 to report that Cobb had attacked him while he was doing yard work.
Police redacted the address where the alleged attack took place on an incident report.
The man told police that Cobb was arguing with him and then ran back inside his house and came back with a metal pipe and hit him in the head several times.
