FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — A Minnesota artist is scrambling after her booth at the State Fair was accidentally sold.
Anna Bailey runs Bailey Builds - a wood art store that holds classes - out of Duluth in the regular season. During the Minnesota State Fair, she operates the storefront out of a shipping container on the fairgrounds.
In a post on Facebook , Bailey said the company that holds her shipping container in the off-season accidentally sold it.
"Walls, flooring, signage, lights… all the things we’ve used to show up and do what we do each year at the Fair. Gone," Bailey shared in the post. "And now, with just days to go before the Fair opens, we’re left with nothing. No building. No backup. No plan B."
In a comment, Bailey said she is working with the company that accidentally sold
