THOMSON, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Five years after a murder at a Warren County home , four suspects have been arrested.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested the four Thomson-area suspects in connection with the 2020 murders of Cheryl Newsome and Troy Bennett.

GBI agents and Warren County Sheriff’s Office deputies have charged Randy Hall, 39; Lora Thornton, 34; Chance McKenna, 21; and a minor.

Each is charged with two counts of murder, two counts of armed robbery and one count of first-degree burglary.
