Members of the Teamsters labor union are suing Airgas for allegedly releasing hazardous chemical agents during a peaceful strike outside two of its facilities in New Jersey and Peoria.

One of the incidents allegedly took place on July 10 while workers were peacefully picketing outside an Airgas facility located at 2706 SW Adams Street in Peoria, according to the Teamsters' suit.
