TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - More transparency and clearer guidelines are already under consideration for addressing future proposals after Project Blue hit a roadblock at the Tucson City Council study session this week.
Some leaders are convinced we have not seen the end of data center proposals in southern Arizona.
Non-disclosure agreements were considered to be the cost of doing business with Project Blue developers at first, but that might have to change if elected officials are going to support them in the future.
