SEATTLE — The Mariners will be holding giveaways and hosting special events throughout the weekend to celebrate team legend Ichiro Suzuki's induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame.

One of the most prolific players in franchise history, Ichiro was inducted into the sport's Hall of Fame on July 27. The 10-time All-Star played his first 12 seasons in Seattle after coming to the U.S. following a decade of playing professionally in his home country of Japan.

The Mariners began the week with a three-day Ichiro Hall of Fame Funko POP! giveaway for the first 10,000 fans at each of the team's three games from Aug. 5-7.
