LOGAN - Minky Couture bought the Wimmers Sewing and Vacuuming store back in April and the company has been renovating the space preparing it for their new location.

Before buying the building, Minky has done some pop-ups in Logan and in Idaho and has had everyone asking when they would have a store in Logan.

They have also had Cache Valley residents traveling to Ogden or Layton to purchase luxury designer blankets and have been asking when a store would open in Logan.

Minky has always planned to have a store in Cache Valley, but they have looked for years and years for a spot and it never felt right, until now. Kristine Snow is the chief of operations at Minky Couture.

“When the Wimmer building came available, we were looking up there for years, and nothing felt quite right,” said Snow
