Police say a man robbed a bank in Maine, then hopped on a bus and was ultimately arrested when he disembarked from the vehicle later that same day about 100 miles away in New Hampshire.

Westbrook, Maine, police said the Chase Bank located at Rock Row in their town was robbed by a male suspect around 10:51 a.m. Thursday. The suspect fled from the bank toward Larrabee Road. A search of the area by officers and K9 units did not locate him.

Police released a description and photos of the suspect on social media that afternoon and said they were continuing to search for him.
