The off-duty police officer shot at her home by a fellow North Andover, Massachusetts, officer in a confrontation has pleaded not guilty to the charges she's facing in connection with the incident that occurred in late June.

Kelsey Fitzsimmons, 28, of North Andover, was arraigned Thursday on charges of armed assault with intent to murder and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, the Essex County District Attorney's Office said.
