MANCHESTER, N.H. —

The man who admitted to a double murder when he was 17 will get a new sentencing hearing.

Robert Tulloch was sentenced to two concurrent life sentences for killing Dartmouth College professors Half and Susanne Zantop in 2001.

But in 2012, a U.S. Supreme Court decision prohibited life sentences without parole for minors.

Now, a Grafton Superior Court judge has granted Tulloch's request for a resentencing hearing.
