A Martha’s Vineyard pierogi vendor isn’t backing down on refusing service to Alan Dershowitz, a defense attorney who represented disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Good Pierogi, an Eastern European pop-up, has again refused to sell pierogi to Dershowitz on the basis that he has “consciously decided to befriend and defend men who have been accused of abusing and harming women,” a post from the business’ Instagram states.
The attorney approached the vendor earlier this week during the West Tisbury Farmers Market, hoping to purchase something from the pop-up “in the interest of keeping the island together” after Good Pierogi’s initial refusal.
The encounter followed numerous accusations from Dershowitz, who posted to X about the situation, advising his followers to not “buy perogies
