A Broomall man has been charged with uploading and possessing child pornography.

Joshua P. Dunn, 36, was arrested this week and charged with 20 counts of child pornography as well as criminal use of communications.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by Delaware County Detective Thomas Schreiber, a member of a federal task force directing efforts in the area of internet crimes against children with 23 years of experience, tips from the messaging app Kik, which was once known for shielding users, led them to Dunn.
