A man died after jumping from a 15th-floor balcony in Alexandria, Virginia , as the FBI was attempting to serve him an arrest warrant.

Federal investigators from the FBI’s Washington Field Office arrived at the apartment around 6 a.m. The man then went out of the window onto the balcony when he jumped.
