BRUNSWICK, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A car crash with injuries has resulted in the closure of Grange Road (Route 142) in Brunswick between Liberty Road and Crescent Lane, according to 511NY. All lanes in the vicinity are closed to traffic.

Deputies with the Rensselaer County Sheriff's Office are on the scene conducting the crash investigation. Drivers passing through the area are advised to seek alternate routes. Stay with NEWS10 as updates become available.
