RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Two Reno elementary schools received a boost ahead of the new school year, thanks to a partnership between the Education Alliance, Caesars Entertainment, and the Public Education Foundation.

On Friday, volunteers delivered classroom supplies to Hunter Lake Elementary and Dodson Elementary. The donations were based on lists created by each school’s principal, reflecting specific classroom needs.

The initiative represents a strategic shift for the Education Alliance. Instead of relying on its former Teachers’ Warehouse, where educators could pick up gently used supplies, the organization is now focusing on direct delivery of new, high-impact items.
