PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- After years of delays, Amtrak announced that its NextGen Acela trains are set to debut in August.
The new high-speed trains will offer more seating, free high-speed Wi-Fi, individual power outlets and winged headrests.
The new Acela can reach a maximum speed of 160 miles per hour. That's 10 miles per hour faster than the current fleet.
The first five will go in service on August 28 along the Northeast Corridor between Washington, Philadelphia, New York and Boston.
