KANSAS CITY, Mo. —

A 25-year-old was sentenced to four decades for distributing fentanyl, which led to the overdose deaths of three, including a juvenile.

A judge sentenced Tiger Dean Draggoo, of Kansas City, to 40 years in federal prison for one count of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and three counts of distributing fentanyl resulting in death. Advertisement

Those three overdose deaths were in Belton and Raymore, Missouri, in 2022.

Draggoo pleaded guilty in October 2024, admitting that the fentanyl he sold resulted in the death of the purchaser, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
