Investigation underway after man, woman found shot and killed at Cary apartment home

CARY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man and a woman were found shot and killed at a Cary home on Friday afternoon, Cary Police told ABC11.

It happened around 3:45 p.m. at the Windsor at Tryon Village Apartments in the 8100 block of Underwood Arbor Place.

Cary Police said a death investigation is underway, and a gun was found at the scene. No other details about the circumstances of the shooting were immediately released.

The identities of the two people are being withheld while the investigation continues, police said.

Police said it appeared to be an isolated incident with no ongoing threat to the public.

A man who lived at the complex told ABC11 that before the shooting, he heard what sounded like an argument in a language he did not understand, and then he heard two gunshots and then silence.
