KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Comptroller's Office released its report into several Knox County government offices on Friday afternoon, saying it found evidence that the county trustee's office and property assessor improperly used county vehicles.
The report also revealed more information about a trustee's office employee who was charged with two felony counts of official misconduct.

Former Knox Co. Trustee Employee Jason Dobbins
Jason Dobbins turned himself in on Friday afternoon and has now been indicted on two felony counts of official misconduct.
