Universal Studios Hollywood has completed its 2025 Halloween Horror Nights lineup with the announcement of additional scares inspired by Poltergeist , The Purge and Blumhouse .

The Poltergeist -themed haunted house promises to “transport guests into nightmarish scenes with terrifying characters from the movie,” including elements from the creepy home from the original film which, fans will remember, was built atop an old cemetery, contained a paranormal tv and housed a portal to another ghostly dimension.

Located on the historic Universal backlot, Terror Tram: Enter the Blumhouse will transform the iconic Studio Tour tram for Halloween. Mid-ride, guests will set off on foot to encounter some of the most iconic villains from Blumhouse’s popular horror franchises, including
