ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — An investigation into the use of excessive force by an Altoona police officer has ended, and the police department said the allegations are "unfounded."

In July, Altoona police were called to Logan Hills Apartment allegedly for a noise complaint. Police briefly spoke with apartment residents, Melissa Gleixner and Ryan Coke. After a few minutes, Gleixner attempted to close the door, but Altoona Police Officer Travis Glass shoved the door open, and knocks her back.

Four officers with the Altoona Police Department then entered the apartment without a warrant, forced Coke to the ground and restrained him. In a criminal complaint filed against Coke for resisting arrest, police admitted to punching Coke in the face and deploying pepper spray during the arrest. Gleixner to
