KERR COUNTY, Texas – The Texas Rangers have formally released the names of those who died and the two who still remain missing after the devastating July 4 flood event on the Guadalupe River in Kerr County.

As the list was released Friday, Kerrville Mayor Joe Herring and Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly released a joint statement.
