(FOX40.COM) — A janitor for a Sacramento County school was arrested on various child sex crime-related charges Tuesday, the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office said.

According to the sheriff's office, Shawn O’Donnell, of Cameron Park, sent explicit content to minors and arranged meetings for sexual encounters.

The sheriff's office said he worked as a janitor at Natoma Station Elementary School.

O’Donnell was charged with oral copulation with a minor, sending of explicit material to a minor, contacting a minor to engage in sex acts, pandering and human trafficking.

"FCUSD is aware of the arrest of Shawn O’Donnell, head custodian at Natoma Station Elementary School," Folsom Cordova Unified School District said in a statement. "We were made aware of charges against him on Tuesday, August 5,
