Permits have been filed for the construction of a 13-story residential building with 96 housing units on the vacant lot at 112 E. 167th St. in the Concourse section of the Bronx.
The proposed building would be 120 feet tall and yield 65,735 square feet of space. With an average unit scope of 684 square feet, the 96 residences will most likely be rentals.
