KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Kansas City man could spend the rest of his life in prison if convicted of shooting his partner’s family member during an argument in July.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Thursday, Aug. 7, indicate that Xavier M. Marks-Piseno, 33, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection with the shooting.
A probable cause statement filed by the Kansas City Police Department revealed that around 2:30 a.m. on July 4, law enforcement officials on patrol watched a gray Chevrolet Caprice cut off two unknown vehicles.
