A 22-year-old man accused of shooting at partygoers during a February birthday celebration in Colorado Springs after being hired as security pleaded not guilty to the charges Friday.

Authorities arrested Dominic Nalley April 24 in connection with the Feb. 1 non-fatal shooting. According to his arrest affidavit, Nalley was allegedly intoxicated and acting aggressively toward attendees before shots were fired.

Police said Nalley fired three shots from the backyard of a rented Airbnb, drove his car to the front of the house and fired seven more shots in the direction of the house. Six people, ranging from 16 to 18 years old, were fired upon. No injuries were reported.

Police linked Nalley to the shooting based on witness descriptions and photographs, according to charging documents.
