ELLENSBURG, Wash. – This week, Scott A. Meyers, a 32-year-old resident of Ellensburg, was sentenced to 275 months in prison by the Kittitas County Superior Court. Meyers pled guilty to multiple charges, including three counts of distributing child sex abuse material (CSAM).

The case was the result of an extensive investigation conducted by detectives from the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and the Ellensburg Police Department. These detectives are part of the Washington State Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force, which works to safeguard children from sexual exploitation. The task force receives training and support from the Department of Homeland Security.
