BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - WCAX is the home for the New England Patriots and the first contest of the fledgling NFL season sees the Patriots take on the Washington Commanders.

The preseason special presentation on WCAX airs live from Foxborough with coverage beginning at 7:30 p.m. after the CBS Evening News. Here’s how to watch WCAX>>

The preseason match up will be the first outing for Mike Vrabel as New England’s head coach. The Patriots organization also unvelied a 12 foot tall statue of Tom Brady at Patriot Place Plaza at 6:00 p.m. Friday night.
