YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- The Red Lion School District will welcome kids back to school with a new playground.
Larry J. Macaluso Elementary School received a $140,000 grant from Republic Services Charitable Foundation for the playground. Volunteers from Republic Services were out today putting the final touches on the equipment and cleaning up around the school.

The playground is designed to be more accessible for all students.
