RICHMOND, Ind. -- Richmond police and U.S. Marshals detained a man wanted for several outstanding warrants.
According to a news release, the Richmond Police Department's Strategic and Focused Enforcement Unit and the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Joshua Robinson on an active warrant for multiple drug-related charges.
RPD said Robinson initially fled from police when they approached his residence in the 1600 block of South 3rd Street. A pursuit ensued until it ended a short time later when officers deployed tire deflation devices and brought Robinson into custody.
Authorities said Robinson has now been preliminarily charged with resisting law enforcement, reckless driving and possession of marijuana.
