BERWYN, Ill. (WLS) -- A west suburban woman said she wasn't getting bills from ComEd for several months, and was worried about bills piling up or an electric shutoff.
It may not sound like a problem at first, but one local woman says her bill backup dragged on for more than seven months.

Since she's on a fixed income, she was deeply concerned about what she could eventually owe.
"I got the same answer. 'All your bills are pending,'" Bettyann Koblich said.
When Berwyn resident Koblich stopped receiving her electric bills last fall, she says she made repeated calls to ComEd. She says got the runaround, and says she was told that the delay was due to a computer issue.
