A Hot Springs podiatrist has been chosen to lead the Little Rock stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and will preside over congregations -- known as wards or branches -- in the state capital as well as Benton, Hot Springs, Pine Bluff, Glenwood, Hope, Camden, Arkadelphia, Malvern and Monticello.
