FEATHERED HITCHHIKER

Police in Waltham recently gave a baby goose a courtesy ride to the Charles River. “While on patrol, Officer Gary Bell spotted a tiny gosling all alone in a gutter — no pond, no parents, no siblings in sight," the WPD wrote on Facebook . “Clearly kicked to the curb, this little one was in trouble.
