OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Federal charges have now been filed against a man who police say rammed an ICE agent's car in Oklahoma City, hoping to get away.

In an arrest warrant filed with the federal court, ICE agents were looking for an individual in the area of Northwest 10th and MacArthur on Sunday morning.

The suspect goes by two different names, Julio Giron-Ramirez and Jose Fraga-Hernandez, and that has caused some confusion.

They say Ramirez matched the description as they watched him get into a car, but when they attempted to pull him over, things escalated.

Oklahoma City Police say a driver allegedly rammed an ICE agent's car, got out, and took off into a nearby home.
