Artificial intelligence is already being integrated into our everyday lives, and some might have mixed views about it, but a new program that detects firearms could benefit us all. The software was designed by a Nashville tech executive who hopes to stop school shootings before they happen.

Artificial Intelligence Technology Solution s recently introduced the program as incidents of gun violence continue to plague the nation.

"A fter every school shooting, it's like, well, why couldn't we have detected the gun before it got to the property? ” says Steve Reinharz, CEO and Founder of Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions.
