BOSTON (WWLP) - This week, Texas Democrats met with Massachusetts lawmakers, as they dominated national headlines for blocking their state's GOP from redistricting.

Governor Healey met with these lawmakers on Tuesday, saying at a press conference later that day that retaliatory redistricting is not off the table for the Bay State.

The Texan lawmakers are facing arrest warrants in their state, and they say the mid-decade redistricting threatens the voting rights of residents across the country.

"This is coming to you. You're next. This is not a Texas problem, this is a United States of America problem," said the Texas Senate Democratic Caucus Chair, Senator Carol Alvarado.
