TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A Twin Falls County man pleaded guilty back in May at the Twin Falls District Court to child sexually exploitative material charges as part of a plea agreement. On, Friday he was sentenced based on that plea agreement.

Daniel Dekruyf, 56, pleaded guilty to four felony counts of possessing or accessing child sexually exploitative material, according to the plea agreement. The Twin Falls County District Court initially charged Dekruyf with 19 counts of the same charge.

The plea agreement states that the parties will stipulate to an imposed sentence of four years fixed with a 14-year indeterminate tail.
