A car chase from Prattville to Montgomery ended in a crash on Friday afternoon.

The male suspect, whose name has not been publicly released, allegedly sped down I-65 in a vehicle that the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office has confirmed was stolen in Prattville.

MCSO spokesman Capt. James Smith said the chase ended when the suspect flipped the vehicle . The suspect, the sole occupant in the car, was taken into custody near an I-65 onramp.

Smith said that no one injured during the incident.

Smith said that details on the case are limited, and nothing new is available as the investigation continues.
