Adley Rutschman and Ryan Mountcastle hit back-to-back first inning home runs that turned out to account for 2/3 of the Orioles hits in the whole game, and this was still enough for the team to win thanks to a strong seven-inning start by Tomoyuki Sugano and a save from one of the many unlikely late-inning Orioles relievers, Keegan Akin.
