Many items are on the agendas for the Chandler City Council in the week ahead.
The first of those items will be complex.
Monday, council will hear a presentation on, and discuss, a housing study and strategies to increase housing in a 4 p.m. work session.
Topics listed on the agenda for that session include housing as an economic development strategy, comprehensive housing study findings, infrastructure and land use planning considerations, a downtown region area plan overview and opportunities for small-scale housing development.
Monday evening, Council will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m., followed by a study session.
Thursday, Aug. 14, council has both a 5 p.m. work session about Chandler’s Sister Cities program and then its second and final regular meeting of August, set for 6 p.
