Cuyahoga County’s executive doesn’t know his job

My opinion simply put: Our County Executive is nothing but a smiling “goof ball.”

He was once the CEO of University Circle Inc., but when he ran for that County Council seat, he lost. If it wasn’t for his opponent suggesting that the county collect all municipal income taxes and then redistribute them, he would have lost this County Executive position.

His recent active position he has taken, standing with Justin Bibb on the new football stadium, proves to me that he doesn’t understand what a County Executive really is supposed to do.
