LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Lou City forward Phillip Goodrum has been on a tear throughout the 2025 season.

With Charleston Battery coming to town, Goodrum sat down with Sports Anchor Dusty Baker to discuss his recent success and what the matchup with Charleston means to him.

“It’s been my first full season with Louisville City, and I really love it here,” said Goodrum. “I’ve settled in. It feels like home now. Recently, the goals have been falling my way. The team’s rolling, so we just got to carry that momentum into tomorrow.”

“You’re a regional guy,” said Baker. “You’re not from Louisville, but you are at least tied to this region. Talk about what it’s like to play in Louisville.”
