PHOENIX — A Silver Alert has been issued for a 71-year-old woman prone to seizures who was last seen in Mesa on Friday evening, authorities said.

Quenett Scott was last seen leaving her home around 5:30 p.m. in the area of McDowell Road and Val Vista Drive, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

She is about 5-foot-2, weighs 170 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Scott was last seen wearing a green long sleeve shirt, white pants and white shoes.

Scott is without her medication, which makes her more susceptible to seizures and hallucinations.

Authorities said Scott is believed to be on foot in Mesa “or a neighboring East Valley city.”
