It's been more than three weeks since Whisper Owen and her eight-month-old baby, Sandra McCarty, were last seen, and on Friday, authorities released new information in the search.

The mother and daughter vanished while driving home to Sacramento from a doctor's appointment in Fresno.

On Friday, Fresno police reported that the vehicle was seen on July 15 around 9 p.m. in Waterford and later on Highway 120 east of Escalon.
