Police are appealing for CCTV after a man sustained serious injuries in a Coventry stabbing. He was attacked on Albany Road in Earlsdon .

Officers investigating the stabbing said the man, aged in his 30s, was attacked near the junction of Broomfield Road. It happened at around 1.30am on Sunday, July 27.

He sustained serious injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening. Two men, aged 36 and 37, were arrested on suspicion of wounding and subsequently bailed.

Today, West Midlands Police appealed for information and CCTV footage from the day of the stabbing. Details can be provided by calling 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers.
