ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Police responded to a single-vehicle crash in Elkhart on Friday. The call came in at approximately 11:54 p.m. The driver of a 1990 Ford Mustang was traveling westbound on C.R. 102 east of C.R. 23. The driver failed to stop at a stop sign and continued through the intersection. The driver then drove off the west side of C.R. 23 and collided with a tree.

The passenger was taken to the Elkhart General Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, and the driver was cited for operating while intoxicated. Share
